As a homework assignment, I had to watch Super Size Me. Now, I'm not a person who eats at McDonald's, but that was still a pretty disturbing movie, perhaps even more so because I sat down to watch it with a pint of Ben and Jerry's.
Yep, that movie scared the crap out of me. Was also pretty funny because his girlfriend is a hardcore vegan... that would have been hard for her to handle! I've been a lot more strict with my takeaway consumption since then!
That movie was good and awful at the same time I think. Bully to you for bravely eating ice cream while watching! I saw it in the theatre and think more than one person looked down at their popcorn suspiciously...
I don't think I ate for a week after watching that. Not that I eat McDonald's either, but yeesh.
